Is it really just £50? Are there any hidden costs?

Yes, it really is just £50 (remember this cost is per year). No, there are no hidden costs and the £50 includes any amendments and additions you want doing too, although any unnecessary changes will be charged, but I will let you know in advance should this be the case (ie, supplying text for your website, and then changing the text on every page after your site is designed because you feel you didn't word it correctly first time around. Changing a few lines is perfectly fine). Images need to be supplied under 1mb in size. I can optimise images for the web at a cost of £1 each should your images be supplied too large.

How many pages can I have for my £50?
You can have up to 4 pages. Anything over 4 pages is charged at a reasonable £10 per page - this includes additional pages during the initial design of your website and any pages added over the 4 limit as future additions to your site. Your renewal fee would still only be £50 no matter how many pages you have.

Does the £50 include a domain name?
No. This is the one thing I don't supply, but information about where best to purchase a domain name is available on my Domain Names page, and this can be cheaper than you think!

Can I have a copy of the site or upload it to my own server?
No. The way I design, and the reason I can keep the costs so low is because I design using an online control panel, in Flash, straight to a third party server.

Is there a cancellation fee should I decide I no longer require a website?
No, there is no cancellation fee provided the site is cancelled before your renewal due date ( I will make you aware of this at least 1 week before the renewal becomes due). Late cancellations are charged at a very fair £10.

So how cheap can I get a website for?
Buying a 50 Quid Website, and then taking me up on my small banner deal (see above), you can get a website for as little as £40.
